GP Liaison Officer, Northern Adelaide General Practice Liaison Unit

Chad attended Medical School at the Australian National University Canberra, under Australian Army Scholarship. Chad now works with Adelaide PHN as part of the GP Liaison Unit.

Chad completed intern and residency training with Queensland Health at the Gold Coast and Robina Hospitals, prior to commencing GP training.

His 1st Posting for the Australian Regular Army was to 1 Combat Service Support Battalion Darwin, and was then posted to Adelaide with 1 Close Health Battalion. 

He deployed to Afghanistan Oct 2012-June 2013 with 7th Battalion Royal Australian Regiment, as part of Advisory task force 1 in the role of Platoon Commander, trauma team leader Role 2E, and Australian Role 1 Primary Health lead Tarin Kowt.

Chad completed FRACGP 2015, and have continued to work as a sole trading GP at North Haven. 

He remain an inactive Army Reservist

And has been employed by APHN, as part of GP Liaison Unit since July 2018.
